At this time, we only ship to our customers within the United States. Follow us on social to keep track of future shipping updates!
- Our products are subject to 2-3 days of processing time before they leave our Garden (this time doesn’t include weekends or holidays). If you haven’t received a tracking number, then it’s safe to say your items have not left our Garden yet.
- Once your order has been processed, it’s shipped to you through a courier like USPS, Mail Innovations, or UPS. (You’ll see tracking information now!)
- If you need more info on a delay, please reach out to the courier directly! They provide our Bloomers with an estimated delivery date and have the most up-to-date info on the location of your package.
Frigg Wellness does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind at this time. We will issue a refund via store credit for items that are damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped to you.
To be eligible for store credit, you must email our team within 15 days of receiving your product at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, if 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you store credit at this time.
If your order meets this criteria, please include the following in your email:

- Photo of Damage Item
Upon receipt, our support team will issue a gift card for the full purchase price of your item minus shipping.
