Beauty Rest Tea—Herbal Tea, Caffeine Free

Lemongrass - is often used as a folk remedy to promote sleep, relieve pain, and help tame inflammation. It is rich in antioxidants and has been used for menstrual cramps and hot flashes. 

Chamomile - Chamomile tea is well-known for its relaxing properties, touted to aid a good night’s sleep. Research has shown chamomile may have meaningful benefits when it comes to reducing anxiety.

And since we love a bit of multi-purpose magic, you can also use the tea as a rinse that can help fortify your scalp.  

Directions:

Steep 1 Tablespoon of Tea in boiling water for 3–5 minutes, then savor and enjoy. For Ice Tea, follow the previous instructions and pour over ice cubes. Add a squeeze of lemon and honey for added flvaor. 

Additionally, Beauty Rest Tea can be used as a hair tonic: After shampooing, rinse hair from scalp to ends with a cup of brewed, cooled tea. Let sit for 15 minutes, then rinse out.
